In the State Committee for State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs, the next training was held for those who evaluate the service activities of civil servants.

The training was held in order to implement clause 8.9.3 of the Strategy for the development of civil service in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2025.

In the training conducted by the employee of the State Examination Center, Elnur Abbasov, information was provided on the rules for evaluating the civil servant's service activity, the implementation of control over the civil servant's current activity, the discovery and efficient use of his potential opportunities, the stimulation of the civil servant to increase his professionalism and his need for additional education, as well as the position he holds. The importance of evaluating the service activity to determine its compliance was emphasized.
