A meeting on the topic "Think healthy, live healthy, be healthy!" jointly organized by the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs and Salyan District Executive Power was held with the participation of teachers and students of secondary schools.
Mrs. Sevinj Samadova, consultant-psychologist on work with children of Salyan District Executive Authority's Commission for Juvenile Affairs and Protection of Rights, welcomed the participants and spoke about the purpose and importance of the event.
Mrs. Naila Ibrahimova, an employee of the State Committee, spoke about the educational activities regularly carried out by the Committee in order to shape the youth as a healthy generation.
Later, Mrs. Aydan Khasmammadzadeh, the clinical psychologist who participated as an expert, made a presentation called "Dependence on psychoactive substances" and gave extensive information to the participants, talking about the consequences of harmful habits and their negative effects on human health.
At the end of the meeting, the participants' questions were answered.
