"Together We Are Stronger!" the closing ceremony of the summer camp

The closing ceremony of the summer camp "We Are Strong Together!" was held which was organized by the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs with the participation of 100 girls from different regions of Azerbaijan, as well as from the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
Before the official part of the event, an exhibition of paintings by camp participants was presented. With the participation of Bahar Muradova, the Chair of the Committee and other official guests, olive trees symbolizing abundance and fertility were planted in the yard of the camp.
Later, Ms. Bahar Muradova welcomed the event participants and noted that the children spent 10 interesting days of their lives here, were involved in training, and various exercises, and appreciated their free time. She said that the children will take good memories with them and will share them with their friends when they return to school: "If we were able to leave a small mark on these memories, we would feel happy."
The chairman of the committee said that each of the 100 girls expressed the characteristics of the region they represent, as well as the national values of our people, as the bearer of our family values. In the continuation of her speech, B. Muradova noted that our girls represent Azerbaijan with all their similarities and differences, express our historical past, present and future, and our national and moral values.
She expressed his gratitude to various public representatives, trainers and everyone who participated in the meetings, who were guests of the camp. She said that it was interesting and useful for children to listen to their experiences and conversations and these stories will be an example for some, and that she/he will remember them when determining their life path and profession.
Stating that the days of the camp coincided with the one-year anniversary of the return to Lachin, the Chair drew attention to the meeting of President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva with the families who returned to the Zabukh village of Lachin. She noted that your peers who returned to their native land are also experiencing joyful moments.
Later, Shamil Sadiq, Chairman of "Azerbaijan Publishers Association" Public Union (APAPU), and founding director of the Hadaf group, told the participants about the importance of reading books, and the benefits of reading, and presented books to the children.
Within the framework of the event, the collection of Gulnara Khalilova, head of the National Clothing Center of Azerbaijan, a well-known fashion designer, theater and film artist, was shown by the girls who participated in the camp. G. Khalilova wished the children success and donated the presented collection to the girls.
Speaking, the Executive Director of the Healthy Family Medical Center, Nigar Rustamli, emphasized that she was happy to participate in this project and enjoyed spending interesting time with the girls.
In the continuation, our national dances and songs were performed by children, and poems were sung.
At the end, the camp participants were awarded with a certificate.
It should be noted that training, excursions, entertaining games, and musical and movie nights were held in the summer camp, which aims to effectively organize girls' free time, increase social activity, as well as support the formation of leadership qualities.
