On July 17, 2023, the interview of the second stage of the competition was held in the Assembly Hall of the Committee. According to the final results, two of the three candidates successfully passed the interview by collecting the required score (4 points).

During the next meeting of the Competition Commission, a decision was made to issue qualification certificates to Huseynova Vusala Qalamirza and Rahimova Lamiya Javanshir, who successfully passed the interview.

On July 20, 2023, a meeting was held with the participation of the members of the Competition Commission, the representative of the expert organization "Logos Ahmadli" LLC, Huseynova Vusala Galamirza gizi and Rahimova Lamiya Javanshir gizi, who successfully passed both stages of the competition, the experts were presented with a certificate of qualification on the age classification of information products, issues were discussed in the direction of the implementation of the Law "On the Protection of Children from Harmful Information", and the expert was given recommendations regarding the expertise of information products in the future.
