Commemorative events  on the eve of  March 31 - Day of Genocide of Azerbaijanis by the Shuvelan, Agdam, Saatli, Sabirabad, Hajigabul, Gabala, Ismailli, Zardab, Goranboy, Goygol, Zagatala Child and Family Support Centers of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs, educational meetings, an intellectual competition were held, the graves of Turkish soldiers who died during the events of March 1918 were visited.

The Employees of Child and Family Support Centers, public representatives, members of the families of martyrs, teachers and students of schools, and students participated in events held in centers and educational institutions with the support of relevant institutions.

At the events, the dear memory of the victims of the genocide was honored, the participants were given detailed information about the essence of the genocide day, and it was noted that these events committed against our people by the Armenian-Dashnak and Bolshevik forces are one of the most tragic pages in the history of Azerbaijan.

At the same time, it was emphasized that despite all the tragedies, difficulties and injustices we faced throughout history, our people maintained their determination for independence, demonstrated strong will, invincible unity and solidarity, won a historic victory in the 44-day Patriotic War, and our occupied lands were freed from the enemy.
