The State Committee on Family, Women and Children  Affairs held online trainings for representatives of state institutions on the topic "Procedure for the  placement of children  who live difficult living conditions in state children's institutions"  on February 24, 27 and March 3, 6, 2023.

The training was held in order to strengthen the implementation mechanism of inter-agency work in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated February 15, 2022 No. 1599 "On some issues related to the prevention of deprivation of parental care and the strengthening of the protection of the rights of children".

Mrs. Jamila Bagyrova, the head of the Children's Affairs Department of the Committee, who opened the event, spoke about important issues in the field of protection of children's rights, and also noted the importance of strengthening the coordination of inter-institutional work in the field of placing children in difficult living conditions in the state children's institution.

Mr. Samir Huseynov and Mr. Ahmet Mansurov, specialists of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, who participated as experts, brought the information on the topic to the attention of the participants.

The trainings were attended by representatives of the commissions for the protection of minors' affairs and rights under the local executive authorities, employees of the Service for Work with Minors of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as representatives of the Committee's Child and Family Support Centers.
