An event entitled "My voice is my rights" was dedicated to the International Children's Day

The State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs organized an event entitled "My voice - my rights" dedicated to June 1 - International Children's Day.
Before the event, the children commemorated the National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the Alley of Honors and laid a wreath at his grave. Afterward, the children visited the Alley of Martyrs, commemorated the heroic sons of the Motherland who died in the struggle for freedom and sovereignty of our country, and laid flowers at their graves.
The event was preceded by an exhibition of children's paintings.
The event began with the sound of the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Welcoming the guests, Mrs. Aynur Sofiyeva, Deputy Chair of the State Committee congratulated the children on the holiday. Speaking about the state children's policy, the Deputy Chair noted the attitude of President Ilham Aliyev to these issues, care and love for children, and the projects implemented by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation under the leadership of Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva, the First Vice President.
She said that government agencies, as well as the State Committee, in turn, are working to ensure a better life for children and further strengthen the child protection system.
At the same time, Aynur Sofiyeva spoke about the goals and objectives of the strategy for children. Noting that the issues related to vulnerable children are always at the center of attention, the deputy chairman said that appropriate work is being done to provide them with care and access to services.
