Online training for school psychologists continues

On February 22-23, 2022 the State Committee on Family, Women and Children Affairs in cooperation with the American Councils for International Education launched a 2-day online workshop for school psychologists from Baku and Sumgait cities.
During the sessions, American expert R. Keeth Matheny made a presentation to educators on what social-emotional learning is, it benefits for students and schools, the role of social-emotional learning in bullying prevention and how to teach children to be empathetic to people, and to create a supportive, trusting school environment where students can feel safe and thrive.
