Goranboy, Hajigabul, Gabala, Shuvalan, Aghdam, Sabirabad Child and Family Support Centers operating under the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs held a series of events on the consequences of early marriage, combating gender-based violence, prevention of domestic violence, as well as, monitoring and parent-child relationships were conducted with at-risk families for preventing children from dropping out of school.

In order to prevent early marriages, booklets and information leaflets were distributed among the residents of villages and settlements. During the conversation with the residents, they were informed about the consequences of early marriage and the prosecution of those who caused such cases.

The events were attended by residents, youth, volunteers, high school students, teachers, school psychologists and community members.
