The Child and Family Support Centers (CFSC) under the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs continue to implement awareness-raising activities and projects with the support of relevant institutions, international and local organizations to increase women's employment in the regions, and their representation in the field of entrepreneurship, as well as raising their prestige in society.
In this regard, the event, held at Shuvalan CFSC, provided useful information to women who benefited from the services of the Center and applied for employment on the preparation of a business plan, teamwork, development of leadership skills.
In order to involve women in entrepreneurial activities and help them start their own businesses in Aghdam UADM in Tazakend and Ikinci Dordyol settlements, they were directed to vocational courses (tailor, hairdresser).
M.Huseynova, a resident of the region who successfully completed the trainings supported by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ), was provided with the necessary assets for the production of textiles (small tailor's shop) and is currently organizing a training course on tailoring. Aghdam UADM recruited women for the course free of charge.
