The State Committee for Family, Women, and Children Affairs organized a ceremony of presenting state prizes to women awarded by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated March 6, 2021 on May 4, 2021.

In her opening speech, Mrs. Bahar Muradova, Chairman of the State Committee greeted the participants and congratulated awarded women.

Speaking about the 44-days war, Mrs. Muradova said, Azerbaijan proved to the world that the Karabakh issue, presented by the world community as an unsolvable problem  was resolved by the unity, will and strength of the Azerbaijani state and people.

The chairman of the State Committee noted that Azerbaijani women have historically protected and developed our family values and have played a key role in the development of national and spiritual values inherited from our ancestors.

At the end of her speech, the Chairman of the Committee congratulated each of the awarded women and expressed her confidence that this award will contribute to new success.
