On April 12, 2021, Gabala Child and Family Support Center (UADM) and Executive Power of Galaba Districk jointly organized an online meeting on "Suicide is not the way out."

The meeting was attended by social workers of Gabala UADM, representative of Gabala Executive Power Anar Shirinov, psychologist Malakkhanim Isayeva, consultant on work with children under the Executive Power of the region, rural community representative, psychologist of Ismayilli UADM Ulker Maharramova, head of Youth and Sports Department Fakhri Soltanov , school teachers and psychologists.

During the meeting, they discussed the need to take targeted measures at the family, school, community and state levels to prevent suicides. During the discussion, the importance of psychological support for those who tried to commit suicide was emphasized, and it was stated that those who are experiencing severe trauma due to mental disorders should consult a psychiatrist and psychologists in a timely manner.

The meeting stressed the importance of effective organization of leisure time for children and youth and the involvement of them in activities in their areas of interest.

At the end, the participants were presented with educational booklets.
