The State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs  permanently carries out awareness raising projects focused on combating trafficking in human beings, raising awarenes of population, especially youth, on consequences of human trafficking  and ways of prevention it. 

For the purpose of implementation of National Action Plan  of the Republic of  Azerbaijan on Struggle Against. Trafficking in Human Beings (2014-2018) the new awareness raising  project under the title “ Don’t become a victim of trafficking in human beings”  has been launched on 22 April of 2016.

The next event within the framework of the project was held in cooperation with Absheron Executive Power on 26 July of 2016 at 11.00 in Haydar Aliyev Center of Absheron.

The event was opened by by the head of the department on Affairs and protection of rights of the children under 18 of the  Absheron Executive Power .Then the head adviser of the department on Family problems of  the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs made a presentation under the title “Don’t become a victim of  trafficking in human beings”.

Then the floor was given to the head adviser of the department on legal advices of the Committe Rail Suleymanzade, the direktor of Absheron Centralized Library System Malahat Abdullayeva,  aviser of the department on Family problems of the Committee Azer Isali,  the artistic direktor of the Center of  Culture of Absheron Chimnaz Gurbanova, the head of the Establishment  of Youth and Sport of Absheron Asker Amiraliyev.

At the end of the event the published material prepared by the Committee was represented to participants.
