Child and Family Support Centers, “My Family” and ASAN Volunteers continue to help people from vulnerable groups during the pandemic

The State Committee for Family, Women and Children's Affairs and ASAN Volunteers demonstrated unity during the special quarantine regime in connection with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. , and continue to provide assistance to the lonely, elderly and bedridden people.
For this purpose, in June and July 2020, food and other necessities were distributed to 279 low-income families and lonely people. During the meetings, it was recommended to follow the rules of personal hygiene and the special quarantine regime applied in Azerbaijan strictly.
Also, forty-two families provided assistance to 106 families in June-July within the framework of the project “Family Volunteers” launched by the State Committee for Family, Women and Children's Affairs in April of this year.
