On the initiative of the Baku Stock Exchange, with the support of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, YARAT Contemporary Art Space, The Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts, and the Investment Company "Invest-Az", a drawing  competition on the theme "Contemporary Azerbaijan" is being launched for children and youth.

The aim of the exhibition is to find talented youth and adolescents, as well as to help to integrate children with special needs into society.

The competition will be judged by professional artists and art critics. The winners of the competition will be rewarded with prizes.

At the end of the competition, selected works will be put on show at the exhibition.

Requirements for participation in the competition:

1. Original copies of the works submitted for the competition.

2.  2  photos (3x4) of the author.

3. A copy of the author's ID card.

Registration of candidates for participation in the contest, and the submission of works will be take place from September 10, 2018 to October 31, 2018.

Works valid for presentation:

• Drawings and paintings

•The dimensions of the works should be no greater than 70x50 cm

•Must be in the panoramic genre groups (marina, veduta, etc.)

• Works should be made on paper, cardboard, or linen

• The choice of techniques for the works is open (aqueous paint, oil paint, coat, mixed technique, etc.)

• • Works should be well-functioning

• Works should be presented in appropriate frames

Prizes:

1st place  1000 AZN

2nd place  700 AZN

3rd place  300 AZN
