The State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs  jointly with the Knowledge Foundation under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan  starts the project named  "To the Library with Family”.

        The main purpose of the project is to promote and strengthen the family reading tradition, to strengthen the social and psychological function of the family by the way of family reading, to consider the artistic, classical, contemporary, scientific and literary literature among young people and parents, as well as meaningful, efficient and proper adjustment of leisure time. The project also envisages the organization of a Family Club as a place where families combine to form a family culture through family reading.

        For this purpose, on May 15, 2018 at the building of the Central Scientific Library of Scientist Acedemy will be held a conference titled "The role and place of the review in the strengthening of social and psychological functions of the family" dedicated to the International Day of Family.
