On November 4, 2021, the Chairperson of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs Bahar Muradova met with young people who have completed their volunteer activities.
The purpose of the meeting held on the eve of Victory Day is to instill in young people a sense of national patriotism, to pass on the victory we won in the Great Patriotic War to future generations.
Welcoming the youth and participants of the event, Bahar Muradova expressed satisfaction with the fact that the meeting was held on the eve of Victory Day, which is a significant event for everyone.
The chairperson of the committee stressed that the Karabakh war and our unprecedented victory, which are being discussed by the political leadership of all countries today, have a significant impact on the new world order and the formation of relations in the region. She noted that the world community remained silent in the face of the events, Azerbaijan alone restored justice in the struggle for justice, liberated its lands with the will and determination of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, a strong army and the unity of the people.
Expressing confidence that our youth will draw important results from the Great Patriotic War, Muradova said they will contribute to the conduct of socio-psychological work among vulnerable groups in Azerbaijan and the strengthening of mechanisms in this area. She stressed the importance of equal participation of the state and society in solving problems in this area, as well as in our families. Thanking the young people for joining this work voluntarily, the Chairperson of the Committee wished them success in their future activities and congratulated the participants on our great Victory.
Then Muradova answered the questions of young people and gave them recommendations. At the end, the volunteers were presented with certificates and photographed.
It should be noted that in July-October of this year, 26 young volunteers underwent internships at the State Committee and its Child and Family Support Centers and were involved in trainings on various topics.
