Although the ceasefire was announced since 1994, Armenia has repeatedly attacked civilians and civil infrastructures, killing women and children cruelly. Ever since, 33 children have been the victims of Armenian terror. 14 of them dead and 19 of them wounded. Regretfully, today wounded Ramin Yusifov was added to the list of those children. Born in 2004, he was wounded as a result of attack by Armenian armed forces to the civilians of Garalar village in Tovuz district. This act once again proves that Armenia is a terrorist state.
We appeal to all international organizations and countries around the globe to follow the legal norms, maintain international peace and security, ensure the implementation of the UN resolutions, documents of the Council of Europe, OSCE and other international organizations for ending the occupation policy of Armenia.
We demand the world to pay attention to fair resolution of this war conflict.
