A meeting on "Reproductive health and family planning" was held in the Heydar Aliyev center of Samukh district on December 6, 2023 by The State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and the Executive Power of Samukh District  in order to implement the clause of the "Action Plan for 2020-2025 on the Prevention of Prenatal Sex Selection of Children".

Ms.  Sanam Alkhasova, director of the Goranboy District Child and Family Support Center of the State Committee, and Ms. Zumrud Kazimova, a doctor-methodologist at the Center for Public Health and Reforms had the speech at the meeting.

During the speeches, information was given on the main factors of reproductive health, the negative impact of early marriages and harmful habits on reproductive health, as well as family planning, and the questions of the meeting participants were answered.
