The State Committee on Family, Women and Children Affairs, taking into account the exceptional importance of new creative ideas in the formation of children's creative potential, is implementing a project competition called "Idea Leading to Victory" in order to increase the social activity of children in different regions of our Republic.

In order to ensure the activity of children living in the regions, an award ceremony is planned to be held in the city of Ganja on November 3, 2023 within the framework of the next project for Ganja and Naftalan, Dashkasan, Goranboy, Goygol and Samukh regions.

In order to participate in the competition, children from the above-mentioned regions in the age group of 14-18 should upload their project to the electronic application form through the link posted on the official page of the State Committee by October 20, 2023.
