The first Constitution of the independent Republic of Azerbaijan was adopted as a result of a national vote 28 years ago under the leadership of the great leader Heydar Aliyev.

July 14 marks the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Supreme Constitutional Court of Justice in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Constitutional Court, which carries out activities aimed at ensuring the supremacy of the principles arising from the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan and eliminating existing contradictions in the current legislation, serves the welfare of the people in the direction of strengthening our independent state and further improving the material and moral well-being of our people.
