A 2-day seminar on increasing capacity (statute of limitations for sexual offences against children and approaches to age of consent for sexual activity) was also held during the meeting, which took place from 30 May to 2 June 2023 in Strasbourg.

The Chief of Staff of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs , Mrs.Jeyran Rakhmatullaeva, participated in the sessions and seminars.

During the meeting the results of surveys sent to countries and presentation of good practices were demonstrated. Furthermore, discussions and proposals on the request prepared for the monitoring of Article 33 of the Convention and of the 2nd period of that international instrument were discussed and heard
