33 years have passed since the tragedy of January 20, when our national will triumphed. This day, which happened on the night of January 19-20, 1990, lives in the memory of our people as a glorious history that awakened national consciousness. Every year, the dear memory of our martyrs who died for the restoration of our state independence, for our freedom, and for the honor and dignity of the Motherland is commemorated with respect.
11 Child and Family Support Centers (CFSC) of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs held commemorative events in connection with the anniversary of the January 20 tragedy in their regions.
With the participation of CFSCs, employees of relevant institutions, children, teenagers and young people, families of martyrs and veterans, visits were organized to Martyrs' Alleys located in the regions, meetings on the topic of patriotism, art exhibitions of schoolchildren's handwork were held, films related to the topic were shown, and the families of our martyrs visited.
