On December 20, 2022 the Chairperson of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs Bahar Muradova presented information on ensuring gender equality for 2021 at the plenary session of the Milli Majlis.

 

According to Article 20 of the law " On guarantees of gender equality", the information covers 3 main directions:

1)The main directions of state policy to ensure gender equality and tasks of the state,

2) Ensuring gender equality in different fields,

3) The results achieved in the field of gender equality in Azerbaijan, tasks and recommendations.
 

After the information was heard, it was discussed and accepted by a majority vote.
