In modern times the global changes and challenges have a significant impact on the family institution. In this regard, in order to support the state family policy, the promotion of the family institution, teaching the national and moral values to the young generation, as well as for the purpose of enhancing the participation and activity of women in society, taking into account the posibility of self-government, in conjunction with the municipal authorities the “Family Academy” project implemented by the State Comiittee for Family, Women and Children Affairs has started.

The opening event of the project of Binagadi district was held on April 7, 2017 at 11: 00 in the building of the New Azerbaijan Party in the presence of the Binagadi district executive power and local self-government bodies.

Before the event guests visited the photo exhibition dedicated to the family values.

The event was opened by deputy chair of State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs Mrs. Aynur Sofiyeva. In her speech she mentioned family values belonging to Azerbaijan families and coming from ages. She informed the participants of the event about this project, and stressed that the topics discussed during this events are very actual in modern times of globalization.

Afterwards the employee of the Administrative control of the Ministry of Justice Hafiz Aliyev stressed the important influence of such kind of projects to the young generation.

The presentation reflecting the aims of “Family Academy” project was made by employee of State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs Azer Isali.

Professor of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan Rena Mirzazada, chairman of social union “Women for development of municipals” Lyudmila Khalilova, akhund Rufat Qarayev, active youth Sona Qouliyeva, respected person, representative of elderly generation Aslan Mekhdiyev spoke about the actual problems and way of solving them.
