Established jointly by the State Committee on Family, Women, and Children and the United Nations Population Fund, the "860" Helpline provides information and consulting services to people who have experienced gender-based violence and domestic violence.
Persons who have contacted the helpline can receive information about gender-based violence and domestic violence, relevant support services, and, if necessary, can receive contactless psychological counseling.
You can contact the Helpline service by calling from landlines directly to the number 860, and from mobile numbers and regions of the country by calling 012-860.
