On April 1, 2022, the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs and the Executive Power of Sabail District jointly organized an open day on the occasion of "April 2 World Autism Awareness Day".

The event, which took place at the Mother School kindergarten, was attended by Gunel Nagdaliyeva, deputy head of the Children's Problems Department of the Committee, and Shabnam Jafarova, a psychologist, Narmin Mursalova, a social worker at the Shuvalan Child and Family Support Center, and Aynur Huseynli, head of the Autism Early Intervention Center.

The children were examined at the open day, and they and their parents were provided with psycho-social services.
