On the initiative of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs in cooperation with "Zafar" Public Union for support of martyrs' families in Masalli and Lankaran regions were held events on the occasion of March 8 - International Women's Day.

The event started with a visit to the monument to martyrs and paying tribute to the victims with a minute of silence. The meetings were attended by women from martyrs' families and representatives of relevant government authorities.
