On February 3, 2022, the media published a video of a minor child in a dangerous situation on the balcony of one of the apartments in the building located on A.Ahmadov Street, Yasamal district, where he had been left alone.

The staff of Department on Children's Issues of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs, a representative of the Commission for the Protection of Minors' Rights under the Yasamal District Executive Power and an inspector for juvenile affairs of the Yasamal District Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs immediately visited the family living at the mentioned address.

The mother of the 6-year-old child said that she had divorced from her husband, and had been working in a confectionery factory near the house, so she left the child unattended at home and went to work. During the conversation with the minor, it was found out that during the day his mother left him alone at home, and the child was afraid, went to the balcony and called his mother. 

Committee staff explained parental responsibility to the mother.

The family has been taken under control and appropriate measures will be taken to solve their problems.
