On November 23, 2021, a meeting was held with women supported in employment in Zagatala region with the participation of representatives of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs and the United Nations Development Program.

The Chairperson of the State Committee Bahar Muradova and foreign guests met with Shura Osmanova and Hijran Bayramova, beneficiaries of the Zagatala Women's Resource Center, established under the "Economic Support to Entrepreneurship and Employment" project jointly organized by the UN Development Program with the financial support of the United States Agency for International Development. They visited small businesses and got acquainted with their products. The beneficiaries, who provided information about themselves, noted that they were provided with modern equipment within the project and discussed their views on expanding their business opportunities in the future. At the same time, they informed the guests that their products are made by special methods.

The meeting discussed the important results of the steps taken to increase the economic initiative of women in Azerbaijan, to ensure their wider representation and employment in entrepreneurship.

Afterwards, they exchanged views on the development of women's entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan, listened to the proposals of women entrepreneurs and answered their questions.
