The event began with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The artistic composition "Victory” was presented by the children.

A minute of silence was observed in memory of our martyrs who died heroically for the freedom of our homeland.

Afterwards, a video was shown on the selection stages of the Forum, the measures taken in the preparatory process, followed by a film about the state children's policy.

During the event, Mrs. Farah Aliyeva, Head of the Department of Humanitarian Policy, Diaspora, Multiculturalism and Religious Affairs of the Presidential Administration, read a congratulatory letter from His Excellency Mr. Ilham Aliyev, President of Azerbaijan to the Forum participants.

Welcoming the participants and guests of the Forum, Mr. Bahar Muradova, Chairperson  of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children  Affairs,   thanked the President for his congratulations and said that all his tasks would be consistently fulfilled. She congratulated the children on the occasion of this important republican event and thanked Mr. Ilham Aliyev and the heroic soldiers of the Azerbaijani army, who gave us the victory, thanked the holy spirit of the martyrs and wished healing to the veterans.

Mrs. Bahar Muradova said that national forums have become a very important platform for the protection and promotion of children's rights, political and legal decisions on children, improvement of legislation, consideration of children's views in the preparation of state programs and action plans, as well as protection of their basic interests.

Mrs. Leyla Tagiyeva, Head of the International Cooperation Department of the Regional Development Public Union, said that ensuring the rights of the child is one of the priorities of the state policy implemented in our country.

Mrs. Min Yuan, UNICEF Deputy Country Director for Azerbaijan, said she was happy to be with the children of Azerbaijan and congratulated everyone on this important event, which was held after long restrictions and on the eve of World Children's Day.

Mrs. Bahar Muradova, The Chairperson of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs,  Mr. Emin Amrullayev, Minister of Education, Mr. Mr. Rahim Aliyev Deputy Minister of Health, Mr. Hidayat Abdullayev, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection, Mrs. Sabina Aliyeva Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman), Mr. Rovshan Rustamov Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Transport, Mr. Intigam Babayev Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports answered children's questions on various topics.

At the end of the discussions, a video was shown on the process of preparation of the painting composition "Kharibulbul", which will be presented on behalf of the children of Azerbaijan to President Ilham Aliyev to express feelings of respect, esteem and gratitude.
