The State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs together with the Main Department of the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice annually organizes events at the Juvenile Detention Center on the occasion of June 1 - International Children's Day.
Within the framework of the event, the educational institution is working to integrate children into society, effectively organize leisure time of teenagers, increase their interest in art reading and sports, intellectual development, and a healthy lifestyle.
Taking into account the current pandemic situation, the State Committee provided sports equipment and board games to the juveniles detained in the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
