"Let's love the motherland, let's be worthy of it!" meeting was held within the project

On May 4, 2021, the State Committee for Family, Women and Children organized a meeting "Let's love the motherland, let's be worthy of it!" with the participation of fhe first Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor Elmira Suleymanova, members of the Assembly of Children's Ambassadors, as well as 100 talented and active children from the regions of the country.
Opening the event, the head of the Committee's staff Jeyran Rahmatullayeva noted the importance of the the organization of children's meetings with prominent and well-known people of the country for important contribution to the future development of children. She informed the participants about Elmira Sulemaynova’s  high socio-political activity, achievements, personal and professional qualities. Emphasizing that she is one of the women leaders who played a role in conveying the truth about Karabakh to the world community, she shared her memories of it. In her speech, E. Suleymanova noted that the victory we won in the Patriotic War under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, who remained faithful to the traditions of statehood of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, was met with great pride by every representative of our people. She also spoke about the history of our country's independence, and brought to the attention of children the rich life and activities of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.

Suleymanova spoke about her work as an ombudsman, as well as her previous public activities, and shared her experience. E.Suleymanova, the founder of the Children's Leadership School, also told the participants about the ways of leadership, success and achievement, the role of this school in the development of children, her memories of speaking the truth about Karabakh and Azerbaijan at international events. She also mentioned that children are the future of the country and  discussed the importance of education for their future.
Discussions were  also held on various topics related to children's rights.
