A blood donation campaign called "Let's donate blood, let's give life" is being implemented by the initiative of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs.

It aims to support the establishment of a blood supply for those suffering from thalassemia and hemophilia, as well as leukemia, during the quarantine regime in the country.

Today's action was attended not only by the staff of the Committee, but also the representatives of civil society, members of the Public Council under the Committee, "Bilik" charity organization, "Sabail" Professional Football Club, "Vafa" Public Union for Support of Social Problems, Agsu Sports Center, Republican Women's Society, as well as the representatives of Blood Donors Association and volunteers.

The action took place in accordance with the quarantine rules announced in the country, taking into account security measures.

Educational materials prepared by the Committee were also presented to the participants during the action.

It should be noted that the blood donation campaign at the Central Blood Bank will last for 2 days.
