Deputy Chair of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs Sadagat Gahramanova took part in the 65th session of the UN Commission on the Status of Women.

The meeting was organized in a virtual format, the main theme of which was "Full and effective participation of women in public life and the elimination of violence against women and girls."

During the session held from 15 to 19 March, Sadagat Gahramanova took part in 4 round tables and an interactive dialogue with the participation of high-ranking officials.

S. Gahramanova spoke on the topics “Elimination of violence against women” and “Participation of women in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic”.

The event continued with discussions.
