The State Committee on Family, Women and Children's Affairs together with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) held an event.  Within the framework of bilateral cooperation, technical equipment was donated to the Agdam, Goygel and Goranboy Child and Family Support Centers in order to improve the situation of  the population affected by the war and strengthen social-psychological assistance for the low-income population.
