The State Committee for Family, Women and Children's Affairs congratulates all children and parents on the start of the new school year and wishes success to all students, especially those who will go to school for the first time this year.

In accordance with the requirements of the pandemic and quarantine regime, this academic year begins in a different format according to special rules. Due to the operational measures taken under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev, as well as First Vice-President, Head of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva, today our children are able to go to school. In this regard, we urge both parents and teachers to take a more responsible attitude towards the established rules regarding the health of our children and families.

We advise parents to keep in mind that the intellectual and emotional intelligence of their children is equally involved in their formation and stimulates them to achieve in the future.
