On July 22, 2020, during the visit of the authorized representative of the Committee of the Children's Clinical Hospital No.2 named after A.F.Garayev and a conversation with Sabira Aliyeva, who introduced herself as the child's grandmother, was found that the parents of the minor lived together without legal marriage. The grandmother also said that the mother of the child suffers from psychological problems and does not know where she is.

Representatives of the Child and Family Support Center of Shuvalan under the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs and Executive Power of Khazar district visited the child's residence with the purpose of assessing the situation and protecting the interests of the child.

Currently, the child is under medical supervision and is receiving appropriate treatment.

It should be noted that this issue is under the control of the Committee, and a complaint on the investigation of this situation has also been sent to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Monitoring Group on Gender-based Violence and Violence against Children.
