Since 2009 the State Committee for Family, Women and Children, Heydar Aliyev Foundation and United Nations Population Fund has been conducting a film festival entitled “Azerbaijani family” as a part of enlightenment measures to help protect family values. Special attention is paid to films reflecting issues such as family values, respect for older people, childcare, socialization and family problems.

With the purpose of supporting state policy, cultivating honour in young generation to aged people, saving and passing national-spiritual and public values to young generation, saving traditions of  honour to aged people,  care of young people, cultivating tolerance and peace in family State Committee for Family, Woman and Children Affairs  holds  permanent  educational events.  This year traditionally hold film festival “Azerbaijany Family” was started on 29, March 2016..

The reward of winners by the well-known members of public is  intended to take place at the closing ceremony.

The closing ceremony of “Azerbaijani Family” 2016 film festival will be held in the International Center of Mugham on 29, November 2016 at 15.00. The exhibition of photos will be held alongside the Conference (the photos reflects family values, family traditions, and family history of different regions of our republic).
