Aghdam, Shuvelan, Goranboy, Goygol, Ismayilli, Gabala, Saatli, Sabirabad, Hajigabul, Zardab Child and Family Support Centers of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs held a series of events in educational institutions to raise awareness of parents and children about the dangers of the Internet.

Employees of centers, local executive authorities and law enforcement agencies, members of expert groups of centers, directors of schools, teacher and student staff, and parents took part in the events.

The main purpose of the events is to inform parents, teachers and schoolchildren about internet safety and guide them correctly.

The experts discussed with the participants what security rules to follow when using social networks, ways to create a difficult and memorable password, and legal aspects in the fight against cybercrime, and presentations related to the topic were shown, as well. At the end of the event, the questions of interest to the participants were answered, and educational materials were distributed.
