Starting from 2021, the "Hanifa Malikova - Zardabi scholarship program" is being implemented with the cooperation of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs, the Ministry of Science and Education and the Education Development Fund.

The purpose of the scholarship program is to draw society's attention to the education of girls, to promote the increasing role of young people, especially girls, in the development of our state and to support them to benefit from modern educational opportunities.

A total of 93 female students were supported within the project.
