In accordance with the Article 6.4 of the "Procedure of state control over realization of the rights of the child", the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs together with a group of experts representing relevant state bodies held an unannounced monitoring on April 12,2023 at the Orphanage No.3
During the monitoring, provision of the rights of the child in the institution was studied, a general assessment was given, the noticed points were identified on the basis of the opinion of the expert group. The information will be submitted to the institution concerned.
The monitoring was organized in accordance with the order of the Commission on Minors' Affairs and Protection of their Rights under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
It should be noted that the principal of the Orphanage #3 Mahbuba Huseynova was dismissed from her position today.
