According to the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the Heads of the central executive authorities receive citizens in the regions, and appropriate measures are taken to resolve their appeals on various issues.

Before the reception, the monument of the National leader of the Azerbaijani people, Heydar Aliyev, was visited and the memory of the great leader was honored.

On October 27, 2022, Mrs. Bahar Muradova, the Chair of the State Committee, received citizens at the Ganja Heydar Aliyev Center. Applications, appeals and proposals of residents of Ganja city, Samukh and Kalbajar districts were considered at the reception.

The appeals of the citizens participating in the reception were related to the placement of children in state institutions, employment, treatment of children with disabilities, establishing communication with children after the termination of the marriage of their parents, targeted social assistance, domestic violence and a number of other issues.

Citizens' appeals related to the competence of the State Committee were heard with the participation of the responsible persons of the relevant structural divisions of the Committee, their applications were accepted and instructions were given to take appropriate measures.
