Considering the importance of new creative ideas in shaping the creativity and development  of children, the State Committee for Family, Women and Children announces a contest entitled "Idea Leading to Victory", dedicated to "November 8 - Victory Day".
The contest is aimed at educating children in the spirit of patriotism, national and moral values, ensuring their participation in issues affecting their interests, forming the ability to think and solve problems independently, as well as presenting talented children to society.
