Terrorism poses a threat to all States and peoples. It threatens the democratic values of society, the rights and freedoms of citizens, undermines the rule of law, violates the order of the social system and creates obstacles to the safe existence of people.
It should be noted that as a result of Armenia's military aggression during the Second Karabakh War, 93 civilians were killed, including 12 children, 27 women, 454 civilians were injured, a total of 12292 residential and non-residential premises, 288 vehicles were damaged, the fact of damage to 1018 farms was revealed.
