The Chairperson of the State Committee was informed that the Center unites all state bodies located in the Government House. The Center was created with the purpose of receiving citizens by public institutions in a unified and coordinated way.

It means that citizens can now apply to the following bodies in a single center: Commissioner for Human Rights, Ministries of Economy, Energy, Culture, Agriculture, the State Committee on Family, Women and Children Affairs, Intellectual Property Agency and Agency for Land Reclamation and Water Management.

The Citizens' Reception Center has a general reception area with modern equipment, video reception rooms, special rooms set aside for the reception of appropriate persons, as well as a room for mothers and children, and a medical room. In addition to the specialists of these institutions, volunteers help citizens who come to the reception in filling out applications.
