On July 6, 2022, the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs presented the "Analytical Report on the Evaluation of Drug and Substance Use by Minors," prepared by the League for the Protection of Labor Rights of Citizens.

Opening the ceremony, the Chairperson of the State Committee Mrs.Bahar Muradova emphasized that drug addiction, being a source of danger to all mankind, is a serious problem with which all countries are struggling, and the prevention of drug addiction is one of the main challenges of the state and society.

Muradova stressed the measures and state programs implemented by the state to prevent this issue, highlighting the "State Program for 2019-2024 to combat drug addiction and illicit trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their precursors," approved by presidential order.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to combat drugs, the first vice-speaker of the Milli Majlis, a physiologist of the Republican Drug Center, representatives of the district executive authorities and non-governmental organizations
