Training on "Protection of women's rights and analytical research" was held for the volunteers of the State Committee

Mr. Elgun Safarov, Doctor of Philosophy in Law, Deputy Chair of the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women, an expert on international law, human rights and freedoms, conducted training on "Protection of Women's Rights and Analytical Research" for the Committee's volunteers.
The training provided information on combating stereotypes and domestic violence, creating innovative models, ensuring gender equality, and increasing women's representation in decision-making, especially in education, health, sports, military and economic spheres, and other topics.
E.Safarov also presented to the participants the implementation of research, ways to identify problems, comparative analysis and other analysis methods.
The purpose of the training was to provide information on the protection of women's rights, gender equality, the creation of mobile applications in relevant fields and social research.
In the end, discussions were held on topics of interest to volunteers.
The State Committee will continue meetings and trainings within the volunteer program.
