On May 31, 2022, the State Committee on Family, Women and Children Affairs (SCFWCA), the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) inaugurated the Khachmaz Women's Resource Center (KRRC). The event was attended by Sadagat Gahramanova, Deputy Chair of the SCFWCA, Jay Singh, Mission Director of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Leyla Fathi, Program Manager of the UNDP Office in Azerbaijan, and Elnur Rzayev, Head of the Khachmaz District Executive Power.

“The Khachmaz Women's Resource Center, established as part of a joint project of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs with the United Nations Development Program and USAID, helps women increase their business activities, knowledge and skills in this area. It also provides legal and psychological support to vulnerable women. We will continue our efforts for the sustainability of this project, "said Sadagat Gahramanova, Deputy Chairman of the SCRPA.
