On November 25 - December 10 a series of awareness-raising events were held in the regions as a part of the "Combating Gender-Based Violence" campaign.

The events organized by Aghdam, Hajigabul, Gabala, Saatli, Shuvalan, Zardab Child and Family Support Centers under the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs were attended by beneficiaries of the centers, high school students and students.

The event stressed the importance of regular awareness-raising activities aimed at preventing domestic violence among the population.

Educational booklets and information leaflets on the topic were distributed to the participants, and social videos were shown within the framework of the event.

It should be noted that representatives of various departments, organizations and educational institutions, law enforcement agencies and non-governmental organizations in the regions were closely involved in the organization and holding of the event.
